Proc SRB alters wrong part when there's more than one #311

New vessel, place command part, place ProcSRB part under it, side-attach another ProcSRB somewhere

Open first SRB's PAW, and modify its burn time enough to see an obvious bell size change

-> it's the second SRB's bell that changes size Screen Shot 2022-03-18 at 13 59 03

-> pick up the second SRB to see the bottom node of the first SRB: the bottom node has moved to where the second SRB's bell was Screen Shot 2022-03-18 at 13 59 15

There's a reasonable chance this is what #305 attempted to describe in such a pleasant way
