Procedural SRB's thrust limited to 1495.044kN when loaded in flight scene #322

When placing and configuring a procedural SRB, set the burn time so the resulting SRB will produce more than 1495.044kN of thrust.

The thrust will be clamped down and limited to the said number once it is loaded into the flight scene (in my case that means the launch pad). The size of the nozzle will also correspond and become smaller.

I suspect this is not the first time a similar issue has shown up, since the shrinking nozzle and clamped thrust has been observed before. Almost identical problem has been experienced personally previously.
