Part upgrade missing when real fuels installed #326

When real fuels is installed procedural part upgrades are missing and do not show up in the tech tree. Oddly enough the parts, with all upgrades listed, do show up in the MM cache and otherwise seem fine....but are not in the games tech tree.

In the ProceduralParts/ModuleManager/RealFuels.cfg patch tanks are renamed and this seems to be responsible for triggering the issue. Commenting out the renaming of proceduralTankLiquid for example, and upgrades are then visible in game again. This of course breaks existing games where that renamed part has already been used...

I created new file upgrades RF.cfg file in here - Kerbal Space Program\GameData\ProceduralParts\Parts\TechTree and so far it seems that everything works fine. I wasn't able to upload .cfg file so I put it to .txt
