part length problem #334

This could just be me, but i am unable to make the tanks bigger than around 7 mm. I have attached a screenshot, if anyone has any advice, could you send me a DM? image

Could this be caused by the tech limits? They limit the size of parts based on tech level, and it applies in Sandbox too, unless the difficulty setting "apply all part upgrades in sandbox" is checked
