If you have more engineers assigned to the hangar than the Engineer Cap on a plane, the Display Build Rate for Current Engineers button will display a build rate based on the total engineers assigned to the hangar, ignoring the Engineer Cap. The Display Build Rate for Max Engineers button will show the correct build rate limited by the Engineer Cap.
How to reproduce - Assign lots of engineers to the hangar (50+ should do it). Go to the hangar. Select a simple cockpit. If the number of engineers assigned exceeds the Engineer Cap, then pressing the C and M buttons should display the same build time - it does not, only the M button displays the true time.
