Plans UI stuck on screen #75

  1. Start a new save
  2. Enter VAB and create a craft with at least 1 of any resource
  3. Add craft to build plans
  4. Press New LC button
  5. Press Vessels button
  6. Building plans UI will now remain open until scene change
