Add AES LM Phase B parts, including the LM Taxi, LM Shelter, and LM truck parts. Also fix some minor issues with the LM Ascent stage.

FIXME: I have no idea how the TU recoloring works for the LM parts, and have so far been unsuccessful in adding it to the new LM parts.

Eh whatever. Just merge it and hope the lack of recolor annoys someone who knows how to fix it.
