Require SXT #163

SXT is a hard dependency of ROCapsules last time I checked, will cause some texture errors without it.

To be fair it was absolutely ages ago so I might be wrong (and/or thinking of something else), I know that RO as a whole requires it though.

I'm pretty sure ROCapsules doesn't depend on SXT. Unless presented with evidence to the contrary, I'm closing this.

Yeah I think you're right, I was probably thinking of RO more.
