Fix attach nodes, Add DRE compatibility, Add preset switching

Fixes:

• Ablator amount not persisting to the flight scene
• Attach nodes being off from the model

Additions:

• Cost scaling
• Better and more granular ablator and mass scaling
• Support for Deadly Reentry
• Global presets and preset switching (can possibly be expanded to a more comprehensive thermal customization for parts)
• Make ablator scale with vertical scale
