Rotate pyrios, direct mounts on Booster tanks #53

So the bits sticking out are tangential instead of radial; to avoid clipping the core tank

I might not merge this one yet. I'm working on being able to add rotation to mounts and noses. Haven't gotten too much time on it yet but will let you know.

Not necessary, fixed by adding the ability to rotate the noses and mounts in the PAW
