Aircraft with n SoundingPayload to downrange distance d.

Not quite sure how to force it to be an aeroplane; maybe add an "x speed for y minutes at altitude z" (like the XPSS has, but a lower speed) that has to be completed while at downrange ≥ d.

Means you have to design something that's not just a racing freak, but actually has some practical capability.

We could also have a passenger version that requires a crewCapacity of n (but not actually n crew, because you don't want to have to hire a dozen 'nauts and we don't have Tourists in RP-1).

Make a series of cargo missions: :: Recovery of sounding rocket payload. [has to land at remote site] :: Test human micro gravity response (Vomit Comet) :: Drop test boiler plate capsules [Must have chute in addition to large payload] (personally want cheap boilerplate versions of all the capsules for missions) :: Crew training (Alternate landing site) [ Must visit 3 biomes and land at each, mission duration 3 days] :: Transport critical rocket systems [payload to long distance]

Obviously a lot of the :no_planes: crowd will ignore them. I think that several of them should offset the cost of hiring a 'naut or capsule human rated cost.
