In this issue I will be beginning a development process on improving, extending and overall overhauling manned lunar exploration contracts from extended lunar stays to permanent lunar bases, with help from Zephyr over on the discord who is working with me and is currently handling space station and science aspects of the overall work.

I have written an extensive document containing a reason why, an overview and the exact initial contract progression I will be looking at developing and the feasibility of such.

Note: I understand teykn has been looking into some of this as well and so will be seeing about integrating or working with some of his contracts in regards too manned lunar space stations and landing operations.
