Moved patches from root into ../Compatibility
Patches in ../Compatibility have now been put into various subfolders.
Bodies are now numbered based on SMA, asteroids are numbered based on their Minor-planet designation number (i.e. 09-04_Vesta).
Rotation adjustment configs (i.e
08-01_Triton_Rotation.cfg
,
10-01_RotationPeriod.cfg
now apply after loading is complete,
