adding support for modular srb mod? #2813

I wanted to put hte quote enhancement on here but unsure how to do that, either way i think the modular segmented srb mod would make a great additon to the realism overhaul or rp1, they dont work so well in editor with rss, no delta v shown on mech jeb but they do work, mabey for realism theyd need to be balenced a bit unsure. havent played with em much as i cant see what i am gonna get out of em in the vab

we had our own SRBs in Procedural Parts. But I must warn you, it wouldn't be available in career mode. Making fully realistic procedural SRBs is also a lot more complex, since you would also have to calculate modular thrust curves, chambers and such (since it's basically BOTH a fuel tank and an engine)
