Configure FFT fission engines, including -Dusty Plasma Fission Fragment Rocket Engine -Dusty Plasma Afterburning Fission Fragment Rocket Engine -10 m "Mini-Mag" Orion -20 m "Mini-Mag" Orion -20 m Nuclear Salt Water Rocket

Also configure radiators for more realistic properties, and change System Heat so it obeys the Stefan-Boltzmann law.
