Food water oxygen is not consumed #103

With shuttles spending up to 20 days in orbit, I noticed that food water and oxygen are not consumed by the crew. It does not matter how many kerbals there are, how long the mission is, the consumption rate is literally zero. I think they dont use electricity either.

There are also some VAB (in editor) panel weird values in life support estimates. I will attach a proper screenshot later.

KSP 1.3 and addon version 0.13.5

Updated to KSP 1.3.1 and newest LS version, problem was fixed.
