Life Support records appear to be corrupted #126

I've just updated from.12 to .13 and the ingame dialogues for the life support resourses remaining in the main TACLS interface have gone crazy. Instead of a possitive number counting down on each ship with a crew it's a negative number that is unchanging (-3yrs and change). Note that I was forcing .12 TACLS on a v17 Kerbal build, and updated via CKAN.

I did try a roll back to 12 from 13, but that really didnt work at all - the manual assignment of folders under Gamedata was a bit beyond me, sorry.

So anyway, I realise this is probably just me being daft, and it isn't a game breaker (it's a loong realismish career game, so I should no better than to run any updates) but if there is an obvious fix I'd be very grateful.

Log is currently 135M so let me know if I should extract and share a subset of it. I'll add definitibve version numbers for software and a few screenshots shortly (I know this is a terrible bug report, bear with me, more info to follow!)

have killed game and rebuilt. All good.
