Carbon Extractor bug? #132

I'm using the large carbon extractor with v0.13.13 on ksp 1.7.0

Maybe I'm missing something, but is the carbon extractor supposed to lose oxygen over time? Because it does. I lose approx. a minute of oxygen every 10-15 minutes (with 3 kerbals). That happens regardless whether I let it run all the time or I let it buffer a bit before running. I have enough electricity. It happens both when loaded and when unloaded.

Please explain. There's no documentation that I can find that would explain this behavior.

Wait, I think I see it. The extractor converts .0017 CO2 to .0017 O2 but kerbals only produce .00148 CO2 for .0017 O2. Are those numbers supposed to be like that? Because like this, it doesn't even support a single kerbal.

Never mind, I guess those can be considered "losses"... It makes sense, no system can be 100% efficient.
