Phantom data accruing in sims #231

  1. Build a rocket, note DU
  2. sim with failures enabled
  3. note initial DU as expected
  4. run the engine, note new DU on engine in TF window
  5. Revert to VAB
  6. Note engine DU in VAB is the earlier value as expect. Checking the SFS at this time also show the expected value
  7. Sim the same craft again with failures enabled, note that initial DU is the higher value from the last sim!
