Interference with Science Relay #20

In my testing this mod interferes with the mod "Science Relay" what happens is you can send science to other vessel even if you are not connected to it, this is fixed by removing CommNetConstellation, could you please check this out.

Please close this i realized that i have been using wrong settings all along,and thought it was an error
