From the report description :

My attachment nodes are moving apart immediately when I place them after installing this update.

And since the log show TweakScale/L / KSP-Recall are installed, this is very likely a duplicate of issue https://github.com/KSPModdingLibs/KSPCommunityFixes/issues/191
