On the screenshot, the Custom_AG_01, Custom_AG_02, Custom_AG_03 are set to something, other custom AGs are empty — it could be enough to remember that the custom groups are set to.

Alternatively, you need to enter to the "Edit Action Groups" GUI, and click on every action group, even though you don't want to edit AG, just check what AG are specified
