Fuel tanks tab is broken #13

VAB Fuel tanks part tab is full of parts that are not fuel tanks.

Did some more research, seems to be an issue with FilterExtensions and the cfgs. A simple cfg edit should be all that is needed, although figuring out that edit may be difficult, as I don't see where the fuel tab is defined.
