The top and bottom node of the Freyja capsule are improperly placed so that the top is well inside the capsule and the bottom node is well below it. I've done some fiddling with 'GameData\RealismOverhaul\REWORK\RO_NovaPunch_Freyja.cfg' and for the part 'NP_FreyjaCapsule' shifting the two nodes up by 0.4 seems to do the trick, so the new lines would be:
