Not allowing special characters in name #4

As attached, Indian names containing "s/o" or "d/o" cannot be recorded due to the constraint of only english alphanumeric characters or spaces allowed in the name field.

Foreign names that contained symbols Daniel O' Donnell is also invalid input in this case which is not convenient to the user.

This was included in the plans for future enhancements section in our DG:

In any case, the bug type was updated to type.FeatureFlaw for the inconvenience caused to the user.
