Add bind graphs #135

There is a patch attached to

that adds a partial implementation of bind 9.5 graphs.

I see the definition of the variables to graph, but I do not see any .pl
definition file that defines the graphs.  If anyone wants bind 9.5 graphs,
this is a place to start, although the patch will be rather mixed in with
other things.
