User Story

As a user, I can see eyecatching hover effects and active classes so that I can see that a link or button is clickable and draw my attention to it.

Acceptance Criteria

Ensure all buttons with elements have their standard text decoration removed and color changed from the standard blue underline. Change background color on hover for buttons
