I may have fixed the missing eissn in MODS output but you better check. #82

Fixed eissn in MODS output and changed the article/review genre to "refereed"

Thanks! Great! I will take a look! Is eissn info relevant to have (always) for all publication types?

I added another change to the branch, the one about review articles being refereed. The eissn is relevant for all "serial publications", mostly journals but also book series (including series of conference proceedings). I have to look into that a bit,
