Removed files that are not required for package. #68

Hi @trevorb1,

I would like to package the scripts. Therefore, I have removed a few files that we had in the repo where I believe that they were just needed for the development process. Could you have a quick look if I was right? Or if we still need some of the files I removed? Please also let me know if there's anything else we could remove.

Hey @HauHe! The files you removed look good to me :)

For packaging the project, I have used PyScaffold before and think it works great! You can easily migrate existing projects to PyScaffold, see here, which may be useful in this case!
