Historic capacity is dropped in merge of residual and New capacity #74

I observe that the original ResidualCapacity is being dropped and only the NewCapacity is passed on. Would you have time to have a look @trevorb1?

I think I figured out what is the issue. Not sure why the test didn't realise it. When merging NewCapacity of the just run step with the ResidualCapacity of the steps to come we only read in once the ResidualCapacity, the one of the next step, i.e., for later steps the ResidualCapacity is not considered, unless the foresight horizon is rather long.
