The following is not a target audience. Need to be more specific with who the target audience is.

  1. Consolidating electrification base data and electrification investment scenarios for easy browsing, including the visualization of:
    • GIS layers used in the GEP scenarios as well additional layers related to electrification
    • Pre-cooked electrification investment scenarios / External electrification studies (tool independent) following internal QA/QC

Also, we need to be more specific with who the target audience is. See below for example: it won't be clear to the readers/users what we mean by partners here.

High-level counterparts, consultants, financiers, partners, IGOs etc.

@Dimitrismentis the text in most parts is placeholder. It certainly needs to be updated based on what the general purpose of this User Guide is. Waiting for clients feedback on this.
