[BUG] App crashes when removing Team Member #111

Describe the bug I am using the beta. Currently if I try to delete anyone from my roster the app crashes.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create team
Turn on Roster mode
Add member
Delete member

Expected behavior Team Member is deleted

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

Device: iPhone 8
OS: iOS 13.3.1
Version Beta

Have you tried starting from a fresh emulator? I was running into this on a feature branch, (kept running into ForeignKeyExceptions), but once I started from scratch, I can't reproduce this behavior.
