I ran the KUL_VBG on the HPC cluster and found it was based on v6.0.0, which contained an already moved flag -make all in Freesurfer v7. I have switched to Freesurfer v7.4.1 by replacing the flag with a new flag "-autorecon2 autorecon3" to let it run from the point to the end. It could indeed run after this without an error message and give me a satisfying outcome. Have you ever tried this on Freesurfer v7? I don't know how reliable the results could be.
