Add synthesis support

This PR adds synthesis support modifications made by @guilherme-paim. These are mostly cherry-picked from the t_sep branch.

Major TODOs:

• [x] Add the memory generation configurations
• [x] Add the shell scripts for automatic transfers
• [x] Fix the flow for generating the synthesis required files

Basically, the goal of this is just to add the one that generates the memory config that Gui needs.

After this we need to sync-up with @IveanEx first and see if his Hemaia flow already works for Synthesis side.

After discussing with @IveanEx this change should be enough and all other changes needs to be in the Hemaia repo. Let's use that as the main base for tapeout stuff because the Vivado flow is also there. It's well structured.
