Remove seed tests form Hypercorex #300

This removes the seed tests from Hypercorex. They were taken out to reduce the logic load on the item memory generation.

Major TODO:

[x] Take out tests from test-csr
[x] Take out tests from char-recog

This will fix the error in the hypercorex. The reason why it fails was that I took out these unnecessary registers. It was a fix for synthesis to be faster.
