[WIP] Fix templates and config for file generation

This PR modifies the templates to follow the configuration requirement of the new streamers.

Major TODO:

• [x] Modify templates
• [x] Modify new name of streamers in Bender
• [x] Modify streamer parameter for Scala
• [x] Modify snaxgen to count correct CSR numbers

Note that this fails for now but systems should build correctly.
