Add Hemaia Configs #330

This PR adds other configurations for the Hemaia to avoid duplicating configs. As requested by @IveanEx for PR #329

Sorry I forgot one thing😢😢The name of the cfg file should be the same with its name, because the generator needs to search the whole cfg folder for the correct cfg.

@IveanEx , you mean cluster name needs to be same as the config name?

Like snax_alu_cluster name should be snax_alu_cluster.hjson?
