default plotting for clinical purposes

Currently left side kinematics, kinetics etc are plotted as a function of the R gait cycle. Also, for some coordinates positive and negative values are opposite from what is typically used in clinical practice.

Suggestion: add a boolean, e.g. bool_clinical_plot, that would convert the results of PredSim to a format typically used in clincal practice.

Typical reporting format:

• L kinematics and kinetics as a function of L gait cycle. Same for R.
• Vertical line for toe-off
• rows: from proximal to distal
• columns: sagital plane, frontal plane, transverse plane
