Super jump glitch/ unable to jump #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. look straight up or down 
2. moving while jumping.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the expected output would be a normal jump. Instead if looking up you jump much 
higher and if down you can't jump at all.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The newest update. On 6.37 ofw.
