Block Placing Bug #41

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build a 3 block high tower. (Any block other than liquids)
2. Try to build the same tower directly adjacent to the tower. (Standing in 
Place)
3. It will not work.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I built a two block tower, but I had to move to build the third block.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

PSP-2000 Series, GEN 5.50D3, rev. 113

Please provide any additional information below.

Please stand in place while doing this, unless the bug won't appear.
