This downgrades build_libvmi.py to make it compatible with python3-cffi v0.8.6 available on Debian Jessie

The API is compatible with the latest CFFI (tested on Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS with python-cffi: 1.5.2-1ubuntu1)
