Make ESLint functional. Fixes #12

Correct .eslinignore
Fix some problems using eslint --fix
Add ESLint to npm test script

Why is ESLint itself causing errors? I'm not sure if this is an error in the Travis-CI version of ESLint or if there is something wrong with the config / ignore.
