Add detection of Facebook, Twitter, etc. Fixes #81

List of significant changes made

Add new agents to allowed bots array
Use a constant ALLOWED_AGENTS instead of a variable
Create an (empty) BLOCKED_AGENTS array
Move \shgysk8zer0\Core\Tracker usage to autoloader.php
Check if User Agent is in BLOCKED_AGENTS array in autoloader.php
