Add "confidential reports" (only metadata + abstract?) #106

currently only thesisand conference reports labeled in Endnote with caption confidential are exported (i.e. abstract and metadata) but not "reports"

Should we add these also (currently 62 "confidential reports in DMS). And if yes can we also provide a public abstract

The question for me is then still: if these confidential reports are included in the KWB Jahresbericht, shouldn`t they also be part of the public publication database (or otherwise: completley ignored for both!).

E.g. in project DWC we have defined in our data management plan to publish metadata & abstracts also for confidential reports,
