This branch can now write patterns to an epanet file it can write a house epanet file (inner installation, cold water only) and get infor about demand from an existing epanet file. It uses wntr to interact with the epanet file. Although not all functionality from the matlab simdeum version has been implemented yet, it is good enough to be merged to main.
