Description of the story

As an officer or raid leader, I need to be able to create an automated bidding session, from in-game or discord, so that a bot can handle the MMBz bidding and allow officers to focus on raiding tasks and mitigate human processing errors.

Bidding should not allow users to bid more than their available balance
Bidding should be in-game or out with discord
Bidding should have an announcement phase (30 seconds), running phase (2 minutes), closing (immediate), and notification (immediate)
Notifications of bidding should be handled with discord
Notifications for awards should be handled by discord
Recording of the submitted bits should be recorded for analytics
Recording of winning bid should be recorded for analytics

How do you account for multiple bids, with a member bidding full DKP on both, but winning one of them? The next runner-up should be also posted (maybe the top 5?) for chained DQ's on awarding.
