Inkscape can't find pictures #3

Inkscape can't find picture in new svg templates that cause not properly working program.

(org.inkscape.Inkscape:5402): WARNING : 09:54:58.674: did not resolve to a valid image file (base dir is /Users//Desktop), now trying sodipodi:absref="/Users///Desktop/Engine/Icons/Adventures/Run.png"

Inkscape can't find picture if folder with them has change directory and we don't open SVG template and link it manually.

7 Error that occur is also related to file without table header.
