Inkscape need permission #4

When using Inkscape error appear in console:

2023-12-26 09:54:58.720 inkscape[5402:315259] WARNING: Secure coding is not enabled for restorable state! Enable secure coding by implementing NSApplicationDelegate.applicationSupportsSecureRestorableState: and returning YES.

Doesn't broke anything
