Dear VisvAs, I have requested the member to give his observations. He is travelling and should be able to be provided by month end. I am also looking at whether it is letter convention is an issue. Let me also wait till i get some examples. regards Veda VMS Admin K. Sethuraman

Dear VishvAs, The member pointed out two examples in the first panchAtis to check. The list that was first taken from word file is all edited with no tracking. The errors are more clerical/typo or missing out a small rule. TS 1.1.2.2 14th krama vAkyam - rasnA+asi = rasnA&si (avagraham missed in the site) TS 1.1.3.1 6th Vaakyam - Garma - 'r' not appearing properly appears as some odd mAtrA TS 1.1.6.1 60th Vaakaym - dIrgha - is represented as dhIrgha (use of mahaprAnam checked with vaakyam in Samhita . TS 1.1.7.1 After prajAmiti pra - jAm .. dRu(gm)ha sajAtAn.. dRu(gm)ha is all anudAttam.. but dRu(gm) first akshara marked in swaritam (on (gm). This may be due to editing cut and paste of vAkyam. We have observed 2 such instances in our work also in First PraSnam.
We also found mistake of ours in 1.1.3.1 Padam tanacmi -ta swaritam.. na marked in anudAttam by us instead of udAttam through checking with their site.. ie ekasruti part. We have similar mistakes but after gaining more knowledge of Padam and joining rules we are able to recognise and correct them. My idea - Actually programs can be written to check the construction of a Padam. I understand you have good grammar knowledge. We will take it up little later No doubt their effort is great and we want to improve upon it. After proper confirmation with some learned Student we would give right and acceptable feedback to them. But this is a project in itself. thanks and best regards K Sethuraman PS: Document organisation is 50% Over. We are incorporating all reported and observed corrections. One doubt about representation: asyantarikSham is represented as अ॒स्यं॒तरि॑क्षं source padams असि + अन्तरिक्षं. it becomes स्यन्त (सि+अन्त). we are used to seeing maintly 'nta' separately.

shrI @vedavms said: "With no offence we found quite a few typos and grammatical errors. We are requesting a Patashaala in Kerala to use our document and give feedback. ... the feedback came from a member who edited the word. Nothing to say about maatra but some Sandhi or grammar issues. "
To this @vvasuki clarified: "shrI rAmAnujan is not just a former computers professor, but also a highly educated vedic scholar; and has taught vedas, shAstra-s (including prAtishAkhya) to several people. So, I still wonder if you might be mistaken...."
The entire saMhita, pada and kramapATha can be verified against http://www.parankusa.org/KrYajurBrowse.aspx if there are no errors there. To figure out if this is the case, @vedavms could get examples of such errors from the member who informed about the errors.
