Feature request: rearranging workspace order #35

It would be amazing to see a feature where you could rearrange the entire order of your workspaces.

For example, given moving all windows and layout from workspace 1 to workspace 2, which could be as simple as swapping workspace numbers? There might be some difficulties in what workspace values are transferred, but for simplicity, I would assume just the windows and their layout.

Suggested functionality could be ctrl+left_mouse to drag and rearrange.
